Known Browser Limitations
Safari Memory Management
Safari on iOS has stricter memory limits than desktop browsers. Large file conversions (>100 MB) may fail. Process files in smaller batches.
Firefox Private Mode
IndexedDB (used for history) may be disabled in Firefox Private Browsing mode. Conversion history won't be saved, but all conversion features work normally.
Mobile Browser Background Tabs
Mobile browsers may suspend background tabs to save battery. Keep ImageToPDF in the foreground during conversions.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer is NOT supported. Please use a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Troubleshooting
Features Not Working?
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere with JavaScript
- Try in a different browser to isolate the issue
Browser Crashes During Conversion?
- Process fewer files at once (5-10 max)
- Close other tabs to free up memory
- Use lower quality settings for large images
- Restart your browser if it becomes sluggish
